Harlow Tong from Central was named the Star Tribune's All-Metro Sports Award Student First winner. He holds a Class 3A title in the 400, finished 2nd in the state in the 100, and set a state record in the indoor 200. Harlow plans to attend Harvard to pursue his interests in environmental studies.
