Fall Athletics Registration

Athletics registration will be on a new website in 2026. Schools are working to get the system set up. Look for emails from your school this summer to sign up for fall athletics.

As you prepare for next school year, please remember that all students participating in middle and high school sports must have an up-to-date physical on file at their respective schools.

Physicals are valid for three years; however, they cannot expire during the season in which a student is participating. If a physical will expire mid-season, it must be renewed prior to the start of that season.

Free Sports Physical Resources:

• Twin Cities Orthopedics: Sports physicals are available at 10 locations throughout July and August. All exams are completed by primary care sports medicine physicians and orthopedic surgeons. Athletic Trainers will review each student athlete’s history prior to seeing the physicians. Registration opens June 15.
• Health Start Clinic - Gordon Parks High School Location
• TRIA/HealthPartners: Every school year, TRIA offers free sports physicals to high school athletes. These are performed by sports medicine doctors or orthopedic surgeons.
